Too much glue

I have ordered two bracelets one in turquoise and one in Turkish blue. The turquoise one had a spot on the silver part that looked as if it was missing the polish and the beads of the one in Turkish blue were smaller than the turquoise one although they were both supposed to be 3mm and it also had excessive glue on the two starting beads. I sent my order back on 12/1 but I still have not had a confirmation it has reached the store probably of the strikes in the UK. I’ve had really a lot of hassle and lack if response on behalf the Customer service on this order. Hopefully this was just a one off case
